Ive lived in multiple cities -- New York, DC and now Seattle. This is the first building Ive lived in where I dont have to worry about something going wrong and it not getting addressed. The peace of mind is appreciated. The team is also very accommodating and friendly. Im legally blind and the team has gone above and beyond for me.

We definitely enjoyed our time living here. David was such a great help when we first moved into our first studio at the Mark on 8th and greatly valued his time in always making sure we're good to go. After living here for the past two years I'm happy to say we made the right choice choosing these apartments.

The staff is always very responsive and helpful and very nice. The common areas are always kept very clean. The building is secure. And there is delicious complimentary coffee in the lobby!

The entire team acts like The Avengers. Superhero’s who work together to defeat evil - protect the weak. Any attempts to fatten them with sweets and baked goods do no harm to them as they act upon all requests - big or small - to get the job done.
